Terms and Conditions
These Terms apply when you buy and use the BESS Foundations video training on EnercoEnergySolutions.com. The training is offered by ENERCO Energy Solutions LLP ("ENERCO", "we", "us"), based in Mumbai and Pune, India. By paying for the course, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you get. Access to a set of 10 training videos, streamed online through your member account on our website. The videos are not available for download.
2. Access period. Your access lasts 30 days from the date of purchase and ends automatically after that. The course does not renew by itself. Access is for one person and one account.
3. Price and payment. The price is INR 1,500 for buyers in India and USD 50 for buyers outside India. Applicable taxes, including GST for buyers in India, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.
4. Your licence. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to watch the videos for your own learning during the access period.
5. What you must not do. Do not download, record (including screen recording), copy, share, upload, sell or publicly show the videos or any part of them. Do not share your login with anyone. We may mark videos with your name or email to trace misuse.
6. Ownership. All videos, slides, text and other materials belong to ENERCO or its licensors. Buying the course does not transfer any ownership to you.
7. Suspension. If you break these Terms, we can suspend or end your access without a refund.
8. Educational use only. The training is general education on battery energy storage systems. It is not engineering, legal, financial or investment advice. Please get professional advice before making project or purchase decisions.
9. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Availability. We aim to keep the videos available throughout your access period. Short interruptions for maintenance or issues outside our control can happen.
11. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version on the website when you buy applies to your purchase.
12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
