Delivery and Access Policy

The BESS Foundations training is a digital product. Nothing is shipped to you, and there are no shipping charges.

​

1. How you get access. After your payment is confirmed, the course appears in your member account on EnercoEnergySolutions.com. You log in with the email you used to register and watch the videos online.

2. When access starts. Immediately after payment confirmation. If you do not see the course within 24 hours, email us and we will fix it.

​

3. How long it lasts. 30 days from the date of purchase. Access ends automatically after that and the videos can no longer be opened.

​

4. How you watch. Videos are streamed on the website. They cannot be downloaded. You need a stable internet connection and an up-to-date browser on a phone, tablet or computer.

5. One account. Access is for the person who bought the course. Sharing your login is not allowed.

​

6. Payment confirmation. You will get a payment receipt from Razorpay and a confirmation email from us.
